Entered US under visa waiver in May married boyfriend ( US citizen)after 3 weeks. returned to taiwan as we had no intention to stay in US at that time. Now we want to start the immigration process for me to move to US. Found out on the California marriage certificate we put my parents first names as the unofficial english name they use for simplification and not the name on Taiwanese government documents. All other information including last names are correct. Is that a problem when filing i130 and g325A and how to fix it.

Use the correct information on the Immigration forms. There's nothing that needs to be corrected. They care who got married and where, not how the parents' names are spelled or included on the marriage certificate.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
