Case sent to NVC, NVC help needed

Do I have to submit supporting documents of my wife's birth certificate, marriage certificate all over again? as I have already submitted these to USCIS

MY case is in NVC now, i have completed USCIS petition process.

please advise

NVC will mail you let you know they have your case and they wiill tell you what documents they need. Some are affidafit of support, ds 260, financial documents, police records,

NVC is little tricky and has to push them by phone call to make process fast.

If you have Case and Inv # Pay Fee and fill out DS261

Call NVC Nexr day Confirm Agent / DS261 phone if someone won't do it for you then hang up and call again with different person until they review over phone.

Day after that other Fee will unlock

Pay that and wait for 24 hr and When status change paid you can fill out DS260

At same time NVC should have sent you welcome letter by email print DS 260 Conformation print both gather up all Doccunents on letter and put DS 260 conformation on top and sent it

Call 2 days after Delevery to conform and then wait 5 weeks and call again for status

Hopefully no REF and CC ( when you see 3 N/A or AOS fee turn from paid to N/A its CC wait for 24 hr )

Call again and ask them for Intervew schedule. Keep on calling them for few days week after you should get Intervew date.

Also get Police clearance started as when you need to send you have it ready. And don't have to wait for it like I did.

Yes, I have already filled the online choice of agent and and paid the first fee I believe it was AOS fee, waiting for second to unlock, I will follow Max's advice and call and get my work done, hopefully.

i believe "REF'' mentioned in maxs post is RFE, but not sure what CC is, please advise... new to these terms

and as for transcripts go, i can print the online ones? or I have to visit IRS?

I would feel better if i only have to send last years IRS transcript rather than all 3 years, I read somewhere one years transcript is fine, my income is low on previous two years hence I am not feeling comfortable.

Police certificate is ready to go, wifey got it last week.

You can print the online ones. Even if you don't want that,they can mail you the transcripts too.

From what i've told you only need to send last years to the NVC but at the interview you guys should have three years worth ready.

CC means case complete.

Yes you can obtain IRS copy from online. I would recommend to send 3 yr with current employment letter and pay stub.

I personally sent last 3 yr 2015-2014-2013 and my 2014 I had no incom and 2013 same. My case was still Clear without REF

Is your wife the beneficiary? If so, then yes because this is the point where those items are actually needed. Submitting the beneficiary's civil documents at the USCIS stage is nothing more than pointless busy work because the initial phase is all about the petitioner.
