i did try to contact them by a phone number have a algerian woman did answear the phone she told me have no way to contact them by a phone only by mail , i did send them a mail and still waiting for the respond....

yes the algerian embassy they say the only way to contact them is by email i did call on that number 0770 08 2000 and also 021921764 ( this is all the time busy) and that number 0770082108 he keep rining and no respond the voice mail in the end :/

they hardly answer the phone ... but as i said yesterday you should at least check where your petitions is before contacting the embassy...if it still at NVC the embassy will not do anything at this point!

now your files are at the embassy .. they will email you a list of document that you need to prepare (what i sent you yesterday) .. prepare the documents and ask your fiancé to prepare her part and mail to you soon ... at the same time go fill your DS-160 here : https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/

then schedule an appointment for medical check up at : clinic el Azher Dely brahim with one of these two Doctors :

Dr. Sana Driouche OR Dr. Mohamed Bouzfour

Al Azhar Clinique 4, Djenane Achabou Dely-Ibrahim, Alger 16020

you have to make an appointment and take your passport with 2 photos ( 5cm x 5cm ) and the DS-160 confirmation page. they will not accept any medical results unless it is from one of these two doctors.

then set up an interview date here http://www.ustraveldocs.com/dz/

NOTE:

when the embassy reply make sure they still working with the same doctors and clinic!! don't make any appointments untill you get their email. fill your DS-160 as soon as you can and make sure your fiancée send you the documents before you set an interview date.

Hi there! Sorry to jump on this thread but I have a question about what you are telling him to do about the interview. I was told to fill out the ds 160 then schedule the interview online (which its not letting us) and take you print out of the appointment to the medical to show proof of the interview date. But you are saying make a medical appointment first then they will schedule an interview?

yes that is exactly how you said it ... what i meant to say is ... one scheduling your interview try to take a date where you still have time to have a medical before it ... it is better that way ... anyway it is still okay to go to the interview without the medical .. they will just tell you at the end of the interview when your medical is ready bring it with your passport and leave it at the embassy.

you can not set an appointment you will be stuck at step 8. this is going to be unlocked when you receive packet 3 from the embassy (after they load your case number in the system).

according to your time line your case should be already at the embassy!!
