What's the status on NVC and your case? Have they sent it off?

My friend , it's already in the embassy and status said " ready " to set for interview and medical exam . Arrived October 28 and updated November 2,2016.

For those of you that got the packet did they just send it to the email onfile with the I-129f? As that one is mine not my fiancé's.

My fiancé (the beneficiary) did the DS160 online and didn't submit anything but passport photos with it. The I-134 goes to the interview.

Don't wait for a letter from NVC because chances are very good that it will never arrive. All you need from NVC is the MNL# and then you can:

Pay visa fee at BPI

Schedule interview at USEM

Complete DS-160

Pre-register at St. Lukes for medical

Attend medical

Attend interview

I don't know how a petitioner can fill it in, it asks for a lot of personal information that my fiancé barely remembered lol

either beneficiary fill out or petition can fill for....

Not 100% correct. Yes the petitioner (or another third party) can help fill it out, but the beneficiary must sign it.
