3 year Rule or 5 Year Rule?

Hi,

Just to want to make sure I check the right box.

I came here via K1, and got my green card in May 2009. We're still happily married and have 2 children. Hubby said should be under 5 year, though I am unemployed, we do file taxes every year.

So, am I under 3 year rule or 5 years?

Agree...I understand that your marriage is strong, but you need more evidence related to your marriage under the 3-year rule. Why got through that...again!??? Good luck.
