EAD has been approved, how much longer to wait for EAD to arrive

Hello my fellow Visa journey members.

It's been a while since my last post here. I moved to the US on March 1st on my k-1 visa. Everything since then was smooth sailing, I got married, and I applied to the AOS on April 4th. After an RFE, my EAD case moved forward. After checking my case status yesterday, it appeared that my new EAD card is being produced (dated 7/23/2016) they said that they ordered my card and will mail it to my address . But when I checked it again today the status changed to "my case was approved" and that they will mail me an approval notice. I am a little confused here, because as I understood from similar cases is that the production of the card is usually done after the case is approved. I am not sure why they would revert back the approval status. All in all its very good news, but my question is how long would the EAD card take to get delivered after case approval or card production, and is the initial status of card production is still a valid referral date to base my time line on. Would really appreciate some feedback from anyone that had a similar case to mine. I am still hopefully that I will get my EAD soon.

Just checked my status again, says that the card has been mailed out today!! Feels really good. Update when I receive it.

The next update will include a tracking number shortly after USPS picks up mail containing your EAD card! Congrats on your approval!
