please help, case sent to NVC (merged)

hello everyone, my spouse is us citizen and she filed petition and got approved in june 2015. then case was sent to department of state in june 2015 but no response till now. they didn't send any letter asking for fees or documents, they do not reply as well, please help what is happening to our case. thanks

hi

why haven't you contacted them? the case could even be closed, the letter could have been lost in the mail

you should have contacted nvc after 60 days of not receiving anything

call them immediately

If your case is at the National Visa Center, you have to be proactive and deal with stuff yourself. Call them to get your case number and invoice ID number and then you / your wife can pay the fees online. The forms need to be filled out online as well, except for the AOS. They do not message you themselves.
