How long does it take to get an interview date

Okay you asked two things. When NVC has received your AOS and IV documents its taking about 30 to 45 days to get case complete. Once you get Case Complete you are then put in the interview queue. Every embassy is different and Ghana is about a 3 month wait after Cases Complete to get an interview date.

Here's the Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet. Also the medical is up to you to go in. No one schedules for you. See the info page on your countries portal to see the clinics to choose from.

In reference to the interview date at the Ghana embassy, I seen on their portal that interview could be schedule anywhere from 5 - 21 days. cr1 interview are normally done on Tuesdays... Correct me if I'm wrong anyone???

That's wrong info. Wait for Ghana after case complete is about 2 to 3 months. Look at my spreadsheet so you can get a better look.

Sorry I disagree with you, each case is different...I seen on here where someone submitted documents payee fee and received an interview date the same month. Nothing is showing on the spread sheet on my end

I am putting together my AOS now will be sending off soon but my question is my spouse's medical exam. Is this something he does now or is contacted about doing. I have heard conflicting stories. He lives in Ghana.

My spouse and I were just going through this...I too heard a lot of mixed information so my spouse goes to one of the required hospital, the doctor tells him that he can not just do medicals without packet #4(interview letter and medical instructions) which I seen where it is sent after #3( your currently working on).. You can also contact the NVC to find out

Yes you were correct about that case.I t was an expedite. But the average is 2 to 3 months after Case Complete.
