We just got married last July 9 and we're done completing the requirements. I'm wondering how do I sign the forms. Can I use my signature when I was single or do I sign with a new one using my new surname (married name).

Thank you so much.

If you're going to use married name in your forms, sign accordingly.

If you are changing your name through marriage, then use your new married name from now on and on all AOS forms.

From the guide >

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

3. Form I-485: Petition for Alien Relative (note: use the non US Citizen spouse's married name on this form and list previous name/names)
