I read here that it could mean Case Complete. Can it also mean RFE/checklist for wrong AOS or missing or incorrect financial or supporting documents? I noticed it a few minutes ago.

Thanks everyone! So this really is case complete? Can't be they just reviewed documents and will send checklist? If so, this is great! I'm really excited!
