Just want a second opinion before I send this off tomorrow.

  • Cover letter signed and dated by Petitioner
  • Completed I-129F
  • Completed G-325A signed and dated by Petitioner
  • Passport photo of Petitioner in a ziplock bag (name on back)
  • Completed G-325A signed and dated by Beneficiary
  • Passport photo of Beneficiary in a ziplock bag (name on back)
  • Certified copy of Petitioner's birth certificate
  • Letter of Intent signed and dated by Petitioner
  • Letter of Intent signed and dated by Beneficiary

      • (described the main things we did while together and corresponded with exhibits and photos)
      • Example: On Feburary 29th, 2016, Beneficiary entered the United States at O'hare International Airport in Chicago, Illinois (exhibit A). With his boarding pass and passport stamps being labeled as exhibit A.
      • All of the following has names/dates and other important information highlighted.
    • Statement of Events from Trip 2 signed and dated by both Petitioner and Beneficiary
    • Email receipt from purchasing plane tickets.
    • Copiesof boarding passes from entering the united states
    • Copies of passport stamps
    • Receipts from 4 hotels we stayed at.
    • Receipts from gas stations, and activies done near the hotel.
    • Email receipt from Lyft rides
    • Email receipt from purchasing concert tickets, with a copy of the parking pass we paid for while at the concert.
    • Copy of receipt from engagement ring
    • 26 colored photos of us together
      • at various locations, some with family. All numbered and labeled on the back with names, dates, locations, and city/state.

We are not sending 'proof of relationship'. We skype call throughout the day, and rarely message each other. Since it's mobile skype, the logs do not all show up and it looks sketchy, so we figure we are better off not sending any.

One concern, the I-129F forum says it expires on 06/30/2016. It is now 7/12/2016 and it hasn't been updated, will this be a problem?

Thanks in advance for your help and feedback.

You're quite excessively showing you've met.... But it's not a big deal.
