I would have gotten her name and Id number and reported her. That's so very insensitive of her and all of them really. My attorney once said " I know how u feel" and I told him nooo no u don't know cuz you e never been in this situation". He apologized. And u can't give them hell even though u want to cuz who knows what they'll do w ur file once u do. Lol. Smh

I should have, i just try to stay cool when i talk to the ones who answered the phone, everything read from a manual lol, and they've told me ' i know how you feel' one said she actually was petitioned by her husband and went thru the same mess lol anyways i pray this is all behind us soon

After sending in your rebuttle, allow 60 days for a decision, so far we have 7 days left, after 60 days ill contact ombudsman, because uscis will be outside thier time frame of 60 days

Our case is heading to 5 months since USCIS received our NOIR evidence, So be prepared to endure the waiting and pain, am just preparing the minds of all those who are going through this process, Be strong friends all shall come to pass.......

Have u tried contacting USCIS, ur senator and/or asked for help from the ombudsman? I contacted USCIS they told me 60 days even my senator said "decision forthcoming in the coming weeks". I'm hopeful and will remain so. Keep us posted.

We contacted USCIS after 60 days and USCIS told us to wait another 45 days. 45 days is passed and gone nothing ... so we are waiting waiting waiting waiting waiting.....

Did u call again after the 45 days? If not do so, along w/ur senator and try the ombudsman to see if that will help. I feel ur pain. Keep us posted.

Disheartening, we have 3 days til our 60 days expire, doubt ill hear anything, im getting my email for ombudsman ready tonight, uscis needs to be held accountable, this is ridiculous

I just read today the obudsman report that it could take up to 120 days for a noir rfe reply from uscis, today is 60 days since they revieved my rfe to the noir, ?
