Hello all

i have filing for my brother and was completing the i-130 form

i have previously applied for my spouse and we are almost at the end ( interview stage )

part D says

1 )if separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives , give names of each and relationship

- since at this moment i am not submitting any other petitions , i should leave it blank correct ?

2) have you ever before filed a petition for this or any other alien

- since i applied for my wife earlier this year i would just write her name , place from where we filed ( Florida ) , and result as approved

correct ?

also for the documents

i am sending my brother's as well as my birth certificate ( copy )

my father's name was too long so he uses initials like x.y. peter ( example ) . will that be a problem ?

both our birth certificates have our father's name the same way

thanks
