Expired I-129f causing issues again?

How do you know your petition has expired and was not extended by the embassy?

Uh... I just assumed it is. I had my interview 2 days before it expires but no mention was made of extending it. My visa was issued on the 27th and it expired on the 25th.

Since they only ask you to revalidate it if your interview occurs after the expiry date there was no need to.

I personally think that was a fluke. You have a visa. Use it.

Very rare to see someone denied entry because of the date of the I-129F petition and not the visa expiration date. I will guess CBP officers that are new, or have 'power trip' personalities.

Your visa is valid and unexpired. That should be all you need to enter the US. The visa is used to enter, not the I-129F petition. The date of the petition should have no bearing on it.
