Folks, JRF from June thread was approved. He mailed out his 751 on 6/27 and categorized himself herself as a June filer, but his/her NOA date was 7/8/2016, so he really is a July filer. I believe this applicant is the first July CSC filer that was approved on VJ. Maybe it is moving faster than we think. Maybe CSC is catching on?

Tell me about it, but I have been so conservative about their speed. I have predicted that they won't touch the July filers until late October of November, but the one July CSC filer's approval last week is kind of encouraging though. I hope you are right, hopefully CSC will catch on soon and it seems to be doing so far.

I keep checking the workload transfer on USCIS website (Google that)

In January 2017 there were lots of transfers to CSC ..... but recently there have been none...

That is what i mean by i don't see VSC approving like rapid fire like last month, so it might have come to a proper balance now. If that is the case, good news for you Sept filers too

Hello All,

It was only few days ago I found out this website. So far I've learnt so much useful information through this website.

Thank you all. I am also one of you waiting my cr-1 removal approval from CSC with unexpected long delay.

I got a quick question. When I see other people's NOA date , some have their NOA date only few days after date of I-751 but
some have a bit longer days( two weeks) like me (I-751 : 07/08/16 NOA: 07/23/16) .

I was just wondering why there is a discrepancy amongst all the petitioners. I am sure somoeone already asked and got answer about this question. My apologies for being lazy( Actually I tried but couldn't find it , though)

Plus, I am wondering how NOA date will affect my potential approval date . For instance, even I filed my case on July 8th, my case approval can be later than someone who filed his/her case on July 8th but has early NOA date than me ?

VJName..............Date of I-751...NOA1 Date....Biometrics.....Approved
Puppy82.................07/08/16.....07/23/16......08/09/16......--/--/--

Wish you all have a great news soon!

It's strange that you are a VSC July filer and not yet approved.

Any July 2016 CSC approvals yet?

As far as I know. There has been 2 that have been approved. One of them was approved while ago with a divorce waiver so it probably means nothing. There is one CSC applicant named JRF whose NOA was July 8th, 2016, he or she was approved just a few days ago. So yes, there is one, it is a bit encouraging..

Are you using the same receipt number you use to check your status? Because that one matches up with a form called (I think) CR-89.

Is your timeline updated?
