I am getting ready to submit my K1 Visa package for my recently (1 month) pregnant fiance from the Philippines. She is 24, I am 32. We have met in person twice (December 2015 for 2 weeks, and again from May 14th 2016-June 28th 2016). I am very confused and would greatly appreciate any help or input anyone can give me before I submit. Currently the package I'm submitting has the following contents:

Cover Letter
Statements of intent to marry (mine and hers)
Statement of knowledge of pregnancy
Declaration of how we met in person
I-129F
G-325A (mine and hers)
Passport Photos
Birth Certificate copies (mine and hers)
CENOMAR (hers)
Proof of having met in person/ongoing relationship (pictures, flight itinerary, chat logs spanning 8 months)
I-864 from Sponsor (me)
I-864 from Co-Sponsor (Step-father)

Am I missing anything? I'm kind of going crazy worrying about the pregnancy (Is she ok? Where will my child be born), and whether they will accept a co-sponsor (the best I can find is it's a toss up).

Here is the USCIS I-129F petiton checklist:

Or read the guide here:

You do not need to submit CENOMAR, I-864 at this I-129F petition stage.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

hi

you are incorrect, the i864 isn't the affidavit of support for the k1

the i864 is used for the adjustment of status part, once your fiancé comes and married, later you will file the adjustment of status

the affidavit for the k1 is the i134 and it is submitter with the supporting evidence at the interview, not at the beginning of the petition

you will fill out an i134 and your dad will fill out another i134

The K-1 guide here on VJ (blue bar at top of page) is good for the I-129F process. Some things above are not needed at this time, some are not required at all.

Plus here are the links to the USCIS website and instructions

Yes it is a toss up as to USEM accepting a co-sponsor with the K-1, using a close family member improves the odds (I-134 is the form). Quite often over the last couple years USEM have not asked for support evidence.
