Hello guys, I've a question. If anyone knows the answer please reply.

I'm waiting F2B visa and final action date is 27/08/2010. I'm 20 years old and I think when final action date will be current I'll be 21 full legal age and its gonna be a problem?

if ur sponser mother is citizen and u are below 21 then u r immideate relative of US citizen.

Immediate relatives have special immigration priority and do not have to wait in line for a visa number to become available for them to immigrate because there are an unlimited number of visas for their particular categories.

story totaly changed,

if ur mother gets green card before u turn 21 then u may go along with her, but if she gets green card after u r 21 then ur mother will apply for u once she goes to the US.

You may qualify under CSPA, it depends when your moms petition was approved. It might add you some extra years.
