Applying for K-1 soon..few quick questions

My fiancé and I met back in 2014 In Vegas, Just got engaged very recently. She's from Toronto canada and I live in Schenectady NY. We have taken many trips Within the U.S including Buffalo/california/nyc/New jersey/My hometown of Schenectady NY/Delaware etc. I have not been to Canada because I have one DUI that prevents me from entering canada as of now. We usually meet in buffalo/rochester area right over the border so its easier for both of us to travel. She has met all of my family/we have plenty of proof pictures/skype/facebook messages/emails of ongoing relationship. My question is will it be frowned upon I haven't been able to visit her in Canada? or would they even care..I have talked to her Mom on the phone a few times as well.

There is no requirement as to where you have met, just that you have met at least once within past 2 years.
