ISO hung up one me

So this is the second time it has happened to me. I tried talking to a tier 2 about 2 weeks ago, and after waiting for callback and being on hold for 10 minutes, they just hang up on me. Same thing happened today. I am using skype and had to pay to get a phone number so that they had a callback number, but its pretty useless when they continually hang up before I can even speak to them. Any suggestions on what I should do? I don't need to speak with them about anything major, just trying to see if they can tell me if my approved petition was sent to the NVC yet, but its a waste of time for me waiting for no reason.

I am assuming since you're using skype that you're the beneficiary. Why not have your USC partner call for you?

Are you calling USCIS? Have you tried calling NVC to see if they've received your petition yet?

I tried calling them and they haven't received it. USCIS website only says it was approved, doesn't say it was sent, so I was trying to figure out if it was. Hard to do when they hang up on you.
