Hello all,

again, I am sure this has been answered before but I couldn't seem to locate the answer anywhere. We got our NOA2 and now I am looking at filling out the I-134. I have applied for my fiancé but she will also be bringing her 3 kids with her. Do I need to fill out an I-134 for each of them or include them all on the one form? On the instructions it says if you are sponsoring more then one alien, you must fill out a separate I-134 form for each Alien but, I don't know if that is just for adults (k-1) or does it also include the kids (k-2)?

thanks in advance.

Dave

I´ve seen something like this before but don´t know if it´s fiancé or cr1 visa. But her spponsor wrote all on one form and at the interview they told her that she needed one for each child aswell. So I think that " if you are sponsoring more then one alien, you must fill out a separate I-134 form for each Alien" is what you should follow no matter what.

There is a place to list the children that are traveling with the K-1 or following to join. K-2 is a derivative visa and so there is no separate petition for each child. When you are all in the US and filing for AOS, the children will also listed on the one I-864 for the K-1 adjuster.

Since each consulate has different processes and requirements, to be completely safe, just contact them and ask if they want a single I-134 for the K-1 and K-2 children, or separate forms.
