Its roughly taking 80 to 90 to get the 129 f approved

If no RFE then it goes to NVC 2 - 6 weeks

Then if alls good it goes to embassy....

Then depending on the consulates prosessing

No one can say exact roughly 9 months def less then a year....

This is at this time i got an rfe at roughly 90 days

Word of advise use the guides on here so you dont leave anything out :D

I was unaware of a 2 yr rule for approved petitions so thats why I got an RFE but the nice people on here helped me get a form letter to fill out got my RFE saturday yesterday sending tomorrow express when post office opens with additional evidence pictures and flight to see fiancee.

Remember quality of evidence vs quantity :D

I had applied and had approved a 129f for my daugthers dad. The relationship ended so i then met my now fiancee and applied for a second fiancee visa. Due to IMBRA multiple filing rule (something like that ) i have to request a waiver of the previous petition.

I have it written and i will send tomorrow hopefully they can excuse the previous petition :D

Because its less then two years apart.
