I arrived there at 6:30am, i was finished by 9am on a thursday morning :). For my vaccination, they scheduled me at 9am friday the next day, i was done by 10am. Try to go there on a wednesday or a thursday, since children are usually scheduled on monday and tuesday. Also fill up the registration form online since they have a different and faster line for those.
