Police Certificate

Hi..

My fiance is a permanent resident of Italy. I know he needs to two Police Certificates from Italy for the interview. My question is, how would he get the police certificate from his home country? (Morocco) I read online that he can get one without traveling to Morocco but he says no. Has anyone had to do this that can advise us? Is there anything else that he will need from Morocco? Also, I read somewhere that everything needs to be translated into English or Italian. Is that correct or is it only into English? One more question... Is not having his immunization records going to be a problem?

Thanks for any advice,

Dianna
