Yeah this documentary has backfired big time. We'll see if there are any charges...I sort of bet the FBI/ATF will decline to charge similar to what happened to David Gregory when he was found to be in possession of an illegal magazine live on national tv.

My take is that if John Doe doesn't get a free pass, then why should these journalists especially when they espouse how he easy it is to legally buy guns (when in fact their actions are illegal. In fact this really should be an opportunity for the ATF / FBI to properly educate the media what the laws really are by throwing the book at them)
