Can I change my last name in my AOS after married? If that so and my EAD & AP document are on my married name, do I need to change my Philippines passport in my married name? Thank you.

Use your married name when you file AOS EAD AP , All the forms you will submitted should be in the same name.

Changing married name to PH passport is just optional. To do that you need to report your marriage to the Phil embassy of your jurisdiction.

Once married use your married name on everything, and for sure file AOS (EAD/AP) using your married name (traditional Philippines format if that is your goal). SSA may be the only one to give you issues using your married name, until after you have your green card in your married name.

Once you have your Report of Marriage completed you can then update your Philippines passport.

You will have no issue using your Philippine passport in your maiden name (carry a copy of your marriage certificate, may come in handy), you should only have to pay the P200 waiver fee for travel tax when you leave.

AP card is not well known, but I do know of a few that have used it to travel to the Phils without issue.

If your AOS is sent to CSC it is possible to have your green card by the time you travel.

You will have no issues at all using your single Philippine passport to go home. Just make sure you have your AP paperwork with you and please make sure that your tickets are in the name that matches the passport. The airlines will not let you fly internationally with your name different than what is on your passport.
