Hillary Clinton Posted Names of Hidden Intelligence Officials On Her Email

Hillary Clinton posted and shared the names of concealed U.S. intelligence officials on her unprotected email system.

Federal records reveal that Clinton swapped these highly classified names on an email account that was vulnerable to attack and was breached repeatedly by Russia-linked hacker attempts. These new revelations — reminiscent of the Valerie Plame scandal during George W. Bush’s tenure — could give FBI investigators the evidence they need to make a case that Clinton violated the Espionage Act by mishandling national defense information through “gross negligence.”

Numerous names cited in Clinton’s emails have been redacted in State Department email releases with the classification code “B3 CIA PERS/ORG,” a highly specialized classification that means the information, if released, would violate the Central Intelligence Act of 1949.

She actually broke a bunch of laws. There's really no doubt about this now. The question is whether the pressure on the FBI will be too great for them to recommend indictment.

The reason is as silly as can be expected: She prized protection of her personal emails from FOIA more than state information. Using her server, holding onto state emails after she left, and deleting a ton of other ones, was simply the case of her wanting to keep her private life private and being too stupid or careless to do what everyone else does: private email address for private stuff, work email for work stuff.

Oh, I just read that a judge has compelled release of details about the immunity agreement for her IT guy.

So shady and unfortunately almost half of americans according to rasmussen don't even care, even though most americans think she broke the law. These fools vote, too. This is why the entire voting system needs to be rehashed with constitutional amendment. The stupid and uninformed need to stop being allowed to vote.

Powell has weighed in on the finding that 12 emails contained classified data:

reviewed the messages and I do not see what makes them classified." Powell said. "The emails were from my Executive Assistant and forwarded messages sent by two of our Ambassadors to State Department staff members. My Executive Assistant thought I should see them in a timely manner so sent them to my personal account. Both messages were unclassified. There was no reason not to forward them in this manner. ... The Ambassadors did not believe the contents were Confidential at the time and they were sent as unclassified. That is a fact. While they have not yet clarified this point, the State Department cannot now say they were classified then because they weren't. If the Department wishes to say a dozen years later they should have been classified that is an opinion of the Department that I do not share."
