Hi,

For a K1 does she need to bring to interview at consulate in China or wait until she is in USA and we apply for permanent resident?

Which for I-864 or I-134.They look the same form? is I-134 replaced by I-864?Do I need both?

"Affidavit of Support For Fiancé(e), Spouse, or Child as a “K” Nonimmigrant

If your relative is either a “K-1” fiancé(e), a “K-3” spouse, or a “K-2” or “K-4” child of fiancé(e) or spouse, you do not need to submit an affidavit of support at the time you file your Form I-129F petition. Instead, you should submit an affidavit of support at the time that your fiancé(e), spouse, or child adjusts status to permanent resident after coming to the United States."

China is a little different from the standard guide.

1. You will need to send her the I-134, with your most recent Tax Transcript. Make sure to use the Transcript and not the Tax Return (they are 2 different documents).

2. You don't need bank statements, you don't need an employment letter. Just the I-134 and the Transcript. Now if you don't meet 100% poverty but you have assets that meet the requirements, then you will need to submit bank records.

Just make sure you have the information they request from Packet 4 and you will be just fine.
