Photos

IRA account with my husband as benificury

Bank accounts for the last 3 months but not joint but at same address, we had joint bank accounts for 13 months then my husband couldn't cope with my spending Nd we would argue over money so we decided so have our own accounts Nd my husband takes care of all the bills he's controlling like that lol

I no this isn't enough now I didn't think they needed all this evidence,

Thank u for taking the time to read the post ?

Okay for the entire time you had a joint account, you should send in all of those bank statements. If you want in the cover letter you can state you separated your accounts for better fiscal responsibility.

Did you send in car insurance for the entire time you were here or just the most recent one? Same for bills and health insurance?

Send everything from the START of your marriage or the start of when it was joint, until current.

You did not need to send the marriage certificate again.

Send the tax return transcripts, they're available on the IRS website.

Get some wills and Medical power of attorneys done. You can often get these cheap or free online.

sorry for the late reply, so i have printed all the bank statments from the when we opened the account to when we closed it,

I have to go to state farm on my day off nd get the insurance to nd present vehicle insurance cover so I will have that same with the cell phone.

I just got added to the water electric nd gas bill so I don't have statements for that but I have a letter stating that I have been added and it doesn't say when I was added to the accounts.

we both have had different jobs since we married so the health coverage only covers since 06/22/14 i don't no how i would get hold of the old health insurance cards or history???

i have received the transcrips do they still need w2s???

A cover letter is a letter that states what's in the package. But you can include an explanation of why you don't have certain things on it or on a separate sheet.
