hi I'm applying for a k1 visa for my fiancé in Kiev. My income is a little above 125% line required for my household size but that is including court ordered child support I receive from my ex husband. I'm not sure if child support income will count, so My mom who lives with me is willing to be a joint sponsor and fill out I 134. her income is above the 125% line for a two person household which is enough for her and my fiancé. Has anyone had experience using a joint sponsor for a K1 visa in Ukraine?

Just so you know, child support is income and can be used for sponsorship. You should provide the court order plus recent bank statements to show how much you receive each month.

For your co-sponsor, just have her fill out her own I-134, and you both provide most recent tax return and proof of current annual income.
