I bought a woman here from Russia 16 years ago. We have been married all this time, but we are heading for divorce. Can I be granted a second K1 visa ?

Yeah you can. There may be questions regarding your past petition but it is possible for you to apply for a second one.

Yes. Once your divorce is finalized, you can file a K-1 for another fiancee. To file the I-129f for a fiancee to start the K-1 process, you would need to provide a copy of your final divorce decree to prove that you are free to marry your fiancee.
