Hello there, I hope I can get help from anyone that has experience or knows how to file a motion to reopen an order of removal in absentia. I been advised by a lawyer that is something I could do in my case, but cannot afford to pay the lawyer's fees so I will like to do it myself and asking for help please.

I left USA before hearing was even scheduled and so I went to US Embassy to ask for help regarding the hearing and I was told they would take care of it and well they never did and so my I-130 was refused at us embassy because I have been ordered removal since i missed my hearing, but how could i gone if i was out of the country and could not get back in.

I appreciate any help you can provide,

thanks and God bless! :)

Not DIY. I have seen it done but you need a lawyer.

I mentioned I have seen this done, but I have also seen it not happen, my impression was that it depends on several factors including the relationship with the local prosecutor.
