I'm just starting out on obtaining my K1 Visa, and I haven't mailed anything into the Texas office as of yet.

I think I have a good understanding of what is needed of me so far as the rest of the documentation from reading the guides I have found on this site other then when to

send this form the "I-134".

So a few questions about this form and documentation to be sent with it.

1. Is this form and its supporting documents sent with the 1st wave of forms sent to Texas?

2. The Papers that should be included are Tax returns and (the bank statement for sure.)

So far as the tax returns I read if using a immigration attorney they may want the past 3 years of returns.

Will I need to provide 3 years of these or will the recent years return be sufficient enough?

As the two previous years I fell below the current poverty guide lines I rather not include those but are they required?

3. I'm guessing along with this form I can include receipts of money transfers that show I been helping my fiancée financially?

4. I was recently laid off and now unemployed how much is that a factor when seeing on the last tax return I meet the poverty guide lines?

5. If I were to secure a job before I sent in the forms to be able to list a job. Would they require me to have worked at a job for a certain length of time?

6. I read some thing about a letter from the employer what does that entail?

Sorry for all the questions but this part of the process confuses me.

Thx in advance! :)

sending the 134 with your petition is not required , but some ppl do include it

2. The Papers that should be included are Tax returns and (the bank statement for sure.)

So far as the tax returns I read if using a immigration attorney they may want the past 3 years of returns.

bank statements , pay stubs , employment letter , current latest tax return and transcript , and just incase get the previous ones

Will I need to provide 3 years of these or will the recent years return be sufficient enough?

As the two previous years I fell below the current poverty guide lines I rather not include those but are they required?

even if u didnt make enough the previous years u can always get a non filling letter attached to those previos year transcipts

3. I'm guessing along with this form I can include receipts of money transfers that show I been helping my fiancée financially?

money transfers arent required , some countries dont like seeing those

4. I was recently laid off and now unemployed how much is that a factor when seeing on the last tax return I meet the poverty guide lines?

they mainly care about what your making now ,if u dont have a job , ull need a co sponsor

5. If I were to secure a job before I sent in the forms to be able to list a job. Would they require me to have worked at a job for a certain length of time?

the length doesnt matter

6. I read some thing about a letter from the employer what does that entail?

employment letter would just show your position , salary , day hired ,etc emplyment letter is just the offer letter u got ,HR will defantly have that

Sorry for all the questions but this part of the process confuses me.

Thx in advance! :)

Nothing is send to the Texas office (Service center) It is send to the Texas lockbox. It's the I-129F + other documents (Read the guide)

The I-134 isn't needed until the interview.

There is a big PI forum where you can get a lot of help about what is needed for that embassy.

non filling letter is a document you can get from the IRS if u didnt file for taxes a certain year because you didnt make enough, just have to ask for one at a nearby irs office and they give you one
