Civil Surgeon Problems and reporting fraud? (split/edited/merged posts/threads)

Hello. :) My husband and I went the past Thursday to get his vaccinations and the parts of I-693 signed and completed. Once he had his vaccines, the nurse told us the doc couldn't sign the thing bc 'they didn't have the exam results' from his exam in Pakistan before coming here. I even showed her the instructions that specifically state that if he had an exam overseas, then the parts of the the I-693 addressing tb and blood tests are not their concern. I even showed the nurse our DS 3025 with the exam date at the top. She acted like she was mentally challenged. Money is all these creeps care about. What I want to know is there a way to inform USCIS that these 'civil surgeons' aren't following the instructions given to them by USCIS? Thanks!

I know they are expensive. Not really!! It only cost me like a 100 dollar to see a civil surgeon. Shots for vaccination is not include. I don't think 400 dollars of your money will make the civil surgeon rich overnight. To them it is nothing. If you have your I-693 and DS 3025 why do you need to see the civil surgeon anyway?

When my wife did it. I just get a new I-693 form. Go to a locate health department and get all her vaccination done there since my medical insurance covered all the shots. Then take the I-693 form and the shot record to a civil surgeon and have them complete it. She probably didn't need to do a full exam again but just to be on the safe side we did it anyway and it doesn't cost that much but a 100 dollars.

My husband had his medical exam in Pakistan and received his k1 visa soon thereafter. He decided to wait until coming to America to receive his vaccines. We went and got them at the health dept. and when we said that the doctor needed to fill out the supplement page and ONLY certain parts of the I-693, the nurse said that they must have the results from his exam before the doctor can sign anything. Is this right? The only thing my husband received was a DS 3025 sheet signed by the physician in Islamabad Pakistan, that has the exam date listed at the top. He checked off inactive polio as my husband already had that. They of course are having him do a whole new medical before they will sign off. :( We need some help, pls!

The medical exam itself is good for up to one year...Maybe the doctor is trying to make some extra money. I suggest you seek another approved surgeon and you should have no problems. I wonder why they would ask for your medical since it was done in Pakistan and all what you need is vaccination and have it signed.

Maybe something I am missing and hope someone more familiar with this can reply to you.
