Just a quick question. As I am putting all the documents in order I realized that the G-325 Form that was completed and emailed to me by my fiancé is not signed. Do I need to get her to sign it and send it to me via mail, scan and email or have a read someplace where the G-325 for my fiancé can be left blank and she can sign it at the interview?

Curious and now nervous and could sure use the help!!

She needs to sign a statement of intent and provide a US size passport photo too, so she might as well sign a G-325A(make sure it is the G-325A and not just G-325) and send them all to you at once.

Yes, it needs to be signed.

I had my fiance print, sign, and scan them back to me, we had no issue with our petition being approved.

First of all, I hope you are not using the old G325 form for K1 visa. That is an old form with 4 pages. You should use G325A , its one sheet only...Be careful.

Also, I heard that some people got away with printed and scanned signature on the G325a. Would you get RFE for this, I don't know and maybe some moderator or admin can confirm that.

The G-325 is not an old form. It is still available and gets updated. It is just not the one you want to send as people have received RFEs for sending the G-325 instead of he -325A.. If you go to the USCIS site, you will see there is a G-325, G-325A, and a G-325C > http://www.uscis.gov/forms The I-129F requires the G-325A.

Years ago, the G-325A had 4 pages with carbon. You had to send all 4 page copies for each person. At that time, the G-325 was 2 pages. This has not been the case for a long time now, and is not even relevant currently. The G-325A was updated to a single page form back on 7/15/09 with a form edition date of 6/12/09.
