On March 15, 2007, we transferred this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case has been sent to our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

My hubby just checked his e-mail and found this little number sent at 6am. Wow, I would have never in a million years expected this...

lol well ur the newest guinea pig! are your CSC dreams crushed? it will be interesting to see how this new development pans out!

I haven't decided if it's a good thing or not, I guess we'll see!

hi was this first SC they sent you? or was this coming from another service center? or from the field office?

We applied at MSC and were transferred to TSC. I do believe MSC transferred us, but I'm not entirely sure if it was them or the Baltimore field office... or who makes these crazy decisions.

Seldi...our local office is Baltimore as well. As you can see in our timeline we filed in Feb too! I already know that you will keep us all posted as to the developments after the transfer to TSC. ;) Could this be another CSC fastrack situation??? After all would you really expect to be interviewed in Texas?

if I am not mistaken the Texas Service Center (TSC) is going to be just like the California Service Center (CSC). If you were transferred to a Service Center, you will more than likey be approved without an interview.

They transfer cases to the Service Centers with the District Offices (DO) are backlogged.
