Hello there

I have a doubt what is necessary to remove the CR-1 to my stepson.

My wife already has the 10 years green card, all though I know more or less what they can ask.

What is needed for a 13 years old kid?

Thanks

Didac

Hello there

We got married on April of 2013, at that time we applied for an adjustment of status i-751 and she got her CR-1 green card on September of 2013.

My son arrived later on December of 2013, we applied for an adjustment of status i-751and on September of 2014 got a CR-7 green card.

My wife since September of 2015 she has the green card. But the kid is due for his adjustment of status on September of 2016.

I believe it is understood that i am the American citizen. What is necessary to be fill out at the i-751, anything special?

Adjustment of status is NOT I-751. That ia the removal of conditions. Adjustment of status is I-485.

Please this is important that you know the right form numbers!
