When you have your MNL# you can pay your interview fee, schedule your appointment and complete the DS-160.

More information on my website with step by step instructions. Follow the link below at the red twisting arrow. Start with the tab that says "NVC to USEM".

Hi,

You will receive a letter from NVC within 3 weeks more/less. The latter confirm reviving your case and will send your file to the US Embassy where your Piance(e) is located. Also, the letter ask you to go ahead and fill up the DS-160 and collect the required documents. By the way, I advise you to check this website to see the official documents that approved by the US gov. https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/fees/reciprocity-by-country.html

Make sure to choose the country that your fiance will be get her/his Visa Interview. I hope this help :):dancing::dancing::dancing::goofy:

The Philippines postal system is very unreliable. The letter you refer to is the link in my answer to the OP. That letter is all the OP needs for her interview at USEM (Manila Embassy). Remember, each Embassy is different in how the process their applicant's.
