DV Lottery and CR1 Visa

Hello!

Can the fact that my spouse applied for a DV Lottery several times, have a negative impact during his CR1 interview?

And can he apply again "just in case" during this year, when the CR1 process is ongoing?

December 2009 - First met.

February 2010 - Start of our relationship <3
January 7 2016 -Our Wedding in a romantic town of Aeroskobing <3

April 1 2016 - Sent CR1 package to RapidVisa.

April 18 2016 - CR1 Package delivered to USCIS Phoenix lock box.

April 22 2016 - Acceptance notification received by email. Case sent to Nebraska Service Center.

May 03 2016 - NOA1 hard copy received.

May 24 2016 - Return to the US to reestablish domicile.

August 3 2016 - Case transferred to Texas Service Center.

August 29 2016 - I-130 approved! (NOA2) <3 <3 <3

September 30 2016 - NVC Recieved.
November 14 2016 - Sent AOS and IV packages to Rapidvisa! :D
November 29 2016 - SCAN DATE!
February 15 2017 - Case Complete at NVC (11 weeks)
March 28 2017 - My Interview Day! :D (APPROVED!!!)

No. No affect whatsoever. He can apply.

And what's the answer for a possible question

April 1 2016 - Sent CR1 package to RapidVisa.

April 18 2016 - CR1 Package delivered to USCIS Phoenix lock box.

April 22 2016 - Acceptance notification received by email. Case sent to Nebraska Service Center.

May 03 2016 - NOA1 hard copy received.

May 24 2016 - Return to the US to reestablish domicile.

August 3 2016 - Case transferred to Texas Service Center.

August 29 2016 - I-130 approved! (NOA2) <3 <3 <3

September 30 2016 - NVC Recieved.
November 14 2016 - Sent AOS and IV packages to Rapidvisa! :D
November 29 2016 - SCAN DATE!
February 15 2017 - Case Complete at NVC (11 weeks)
March 28 2017 - My Interview Day! :D (APPROVED!!!)

Where is he from?

Sounds like he is desperate to move to the US, so you might want to think about having strong relationship evidence to demonstrate that he is not just using you for a green card.


And what's the answer for a possible question

what is HIS answer to that question?

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

He is from Armenia, and yes he always wanted to live in the US.

But we are together for 7 years already, and our marriage is 100% genuine.

You tell us. We don't know why he's applying for DV lottery when he in the process for a CR1.

Well when he applied for a DV Lottery, we were not married yet.

But, you are suggesting he applies for the lottery now that you are married? So, why would he do that when he is in the process for the CR1?

Because there is actually a little chance that CR1 can get denied for some reason?

A famous immigration lawyer told us that it was just fine to enter the lottery , they don't see your entry only if you win and your CR1 would usually be done before a winning number from the next lottery could be processed. If they want to know why you did the lottery because it is cheaper ( you wouldn't have to be on the hook for an I864 )

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
