See list of doctors. I believe you have to go to embassy approved doctors.

Any document that helps prove your bonafide marriage and relationship:

any correspondence, chat logs, phone logs, emails, etc

Proof of visits, passport stamps, receipts, boarding passes, etc

bank statements, joint accounts, anything that shows comingling of funds, etc

pictures, with each other, family, and friends

anything shared, property deeds, insurance policies, credit card accounts, etc.

My husband went to Children's place, paid about $300 USD but he needed several vaccines. I'm not sure about Q-life. It can take about 2-3 days to complete the medicals, so if you're going next week that should give you enough time. All the best to you and your wife on your upcoming interview!

You may be right about the address, but the fee isn't fixed. You need to see the Doctor before concluding on the Vaccines to get. I paid less than most people on the same day I went to Children Place simply because I have had Chicken pox in time past Others haven't had it so they paid more. While others were paying N25, 000 and above on Vaccination, I paid less than N10, 000. Just on Vaccines, other payment plans remain same based on the Country you'll be travelling to.

And Yes, Q-Life seems to be the best based on what others who went there have shared with me. I really wished I had gone there. :)

The result should be ready between two and three days. If you go for your test on Tuesday, result should be ready by Friday, all things being equal.

I think that's cutting it a little close. I suggest you allow at least 4 business days, five if possible (go Monday, pick up Friday).
