Part 8. Spouse or individual listed in part 4s statment, contact info, acknowledgement of appointment uscis app support centre, certification and signature. I should give my details? But in part 4 i gave all my husbands details.am confused

No the green card holder is the petitioner for the I-751.

The spouse is the USC.

Since you're filing as a widow your answers will differ from someone who is filing joint.

So part 7 petitioners details, would be my details? But just below the Petitioners signature box. There is a NOTE: If you are filing individually, you are not reguired to have spouses or individual listed in part 4's signature. This is confusing me. If i should be signing on petitioners signature or leave blank as related to husband.

You are the petitioner on this form. Wherever it says petitioner, petitioner's signature - this refers to you or your signature.
