I know I need to send in a second letter affirming me and my fiancees desire to marry after the NOA2. Does it get sent in with the package 3 forms or do we hold onto it for the interview.

So is it Ok to date it with the date as soon as i get the NOA2 and it'll be still good for the interview even if it'll be 3-4 months later after the date on the letter? how long is this letter good for and same for affidavit?

12/28/09 - NOA1 (dated 12/21/09)

01/03/10 - I-797 NOA received for biometrics appt

01/26/10 - Biometrics appt.

01/27/10 - Touch

04/29/10 - Approved
