Hi there. My original sponsor she don't make enough money,one of mine friend who live in states he make very good money .can he sponsor me with out her.i mean no joint sponsor .if he only can sponsor me as a friend on mine cr1(spouse visa).intervew done.thy asked for new joint sponsor as she don't make enough money even with joint sponsor too.

Your petitioner still has to fill out an I865 sponsorship form even if they don't technically qualify on income unless I'm mistaken. Your friend would just have to file an additional I865 as a co-sponsor.

because as the petitioner, she Must fill out an i864 regardless of income, if she has $0 income, she will put that and attach a letter saying why isn't she required to file taxes

your friend will be the joint sponsor, both i864 will be sent together along with financial evidence

and for the joint sponsor, all of this, plus proof of citizenship or LPR
