I was just wandering od you always get a "hard copy" of the NOA1 delivered in the mail? The USCIS website says they have received my petition and it is in process and pending. The statement did say they mailed me instuctions on 03/05/07, but they haven't arrived yet.

What is everyone's idea on this?

You should be getting a hard copy in your mailbox any time soon. If not, then you have to wait 30 days from the day they said they sent it to call and ask for another one. CSC said they sent mine on 02/14 and I still haven't received it, so I will have to call them Friday which is when my 30 days are up.

I never got my NOA1. You can get the case number from the back of the cancelled check.

Yeah, I got the case number from the back of my check; that is how I found out it was in the system. I just haven't got a hard copy yet.

So how did you file for your I-129F without it? I see that you filed for a K-3 visa and the NOA1 for the I-130 is needed before you can send out the I-129F. :unsure:
