im from the philippines, i was applying for a K1 visa, i had my interview last monday 3/12/07, the consul said i did good with the interview, he only give me back the some documents like our pictures and all of the evidence of genuine relationship the rest like the forms and some important docs are with them, after the interview they ask me to pay for the delivery , my questions is, its it 100% sure that i am approved since they ask me to pay for the delivery, its it true that once u are denied they will give back the passport and the documents rigth away? im just paranoid because i still have to wait for 5-7 days for the result... plz help me guys,, thanks

Nothing is 100% until it is in your hands but you should be fine! Them keeping your passport and asking you to pay the delivery fee is a VERY GOOD indication of success....

YMMV

I would guess that if they had you pay DELBROS then you are approved and should be receiving the visa soon. Good luck! Where are you from in the Philippines, my wife is from Cagayan.

Some people who got AR, paid Delbros too. If you saw pink slip attached to your docs, it means you're approved..

If the consul said to wait until you heard something from them or something like we need to review your documents or a white slip, then it means you're under AR (admin review)..

Just my two cents. :)

You were never a mistake. You were my realization.
