hi

no, plus that is not the correct affidavit of support,

the affidavit of support for fiancé visa is the i134 and is submitted with taxes and supporting financial evidence at the interview stage

the i864 is for adjustment of status once you marry in the US and send the adjustment of status packet for the green card

There is no requirement for an affidavit of support with the I-129F petition. The K-1 visa interview later will require that you provide an I-134. The I-864 will not be needed until after the K-1 visa has already been used, you are married and then filing for AOS.

Instead of listening to hearsay and what others tell you, it is best to follow the I-129F form instructions from the USCIS. The VJ guide here also helps, as it lists everything required by the instructions.

I have been told that I will need to submit the I-864 Document with my I-129F but as I look on this site I do not see where this is required. Will I not need it?

You don't need to send the I864 form with the I129F. Once your fiancé visa petition is approved and you are ready to apply for the visa at the embassy, you will need to bring the affidavit of support I134 and supporting documents (like taxes, job letter, pay stubs, etc) to the interview.
