she had no choice but to leave Taiwan, she left yesterday. Manila consulate has already requested our lawyer to transfer the case there. Her work contract for 3 years just ended, when working in Taiwan you have to leave when the contract is over. When I filed the 129 petition the time to interview should have been December-January but due to delays in waiting for NOA2 that pushed the interview to end of April, her contract ended May 21. So nothing from AIT so now she is back home in the Philippines and we have requested to transfer the case, no choice in the matter. She cant stay illegally in Taiwan...that would be bad idea.

Sorry to hear that but I am sure it’s just a matter of time. Your case seems pretty straight forward other than the process at AIT so all in all it may be a blessing in disguise. Hope all goes well and we will keep you both in our prayers for a quick turn around.

I just finished my immunization May 22, 2018 and i am not aware if you

Went to sputum procedure St. Lukes wont give you the brown envelope which is the medical result, but i was still advice that i can proceed on my embassy interview the next day May 23, the nurse told me they will forward the result May 23 same day as my interview and they will email US Embassy to inform them, to accomodate me at the embassy for the interview..

i had my interview last May 23,2018 wednesday, during my pre-screening interview with the Filipino interviewer she asked me the brown envelope which is the medical result from st lukes, i told her "St Lukes told me they will forward it today" i was put on hold for about 20 minutes Filipina interviewer asked me to sit down first she will call me back through the pager. I think they verified it with St. Lukes, so she called me back to her window she put a note on my ds160 "to follow medical, ok for interview"

so during interview with the American consul everything was fine and went well, he gave me the Domestic Violence pamphlet, and asked me to go to releasing area.

on the realesing area, the Filipina told me that i have nothing to do on my end, they will just basically wait for the medical result from St. Lukes.. But she still sent me the 221g form on my email specific for my medical result.

does anyone here experience the same thing?

Is this a big deal?

should i worry?

How long did you wait for the issuance of your visa?

Upon checking CEAC on the day of my interview they change the status from READY to ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING

MAY 23 - Administrative Processing

MAY 24 - they touch my file again Still administrative processing

MAY 25 - they touch my file again still administrative processing

is it true if you see the date changing it means they are touching your file?

THANK YOU EVERYONE ❤️❤️❤️

Normal procedure to send the 221g .. being the medical file had not arrived yet for the interview.   Nothing to worry about.   All is fine .. just be patient.

What's the meaning  if my case changed from AP to ready? I'm under 221g and they received  my lacking documents last Friday. Hopefully  this is a good sign @Hank?

That’s pretty normal means they are working on your case. You’ll see it switch to AP to Ready then AP again possibly, and then watch the “case updated” should change a few times to finally issued unless they see a issue with the submitted documents. What was your 221G requirement? May help others shed more info if we know. Otherwise that’s a good sign means they are working on your case.

@Mark712 it was about my nbi mark with No Criminal Record ,the dates kept on updating only today changed into ready,  I was really worried coz I saw someone  on the other group she was under 221g also and got refused even she submitted  her lacking documents

Based on the post I have read and others who only needed to submit that cleared to issue within 10 days of submission. The Manila Embassy is pretty good with approvals unless you  have some serious ommisions like others that were refused. My fiancé had made a friend who needed a cenomar and like our 221 G was a divorce certificate and we all cleared within 10 days of submission. You’re still in good timing and I think your case will be fine if that’s  all you need!  Don’t worry and stay positive you won’t be disappointed based on that simple 221 G with no issues or a record with the NBI

Thank you @Mark_712  hoping and praying it'll be issued soon. So from AP to ready then AP again then issued? Am I correct? If you got refused is it from AP  to refused? Or it changed also before it'll be  refused? Bit confusing
