K-3 Guide update

Item #4 on the I-129F checklist in the K-3 guide states:

4. Form I-129F: Petition for Alien Fiance(e). This form may be used to obtain a K-3/K-4 visa for your alien spouse or child. Fill out the form as directed, except assume that "fiance" or "fiancee" means "spouse." In addition, omit questions B.18 and B.19 by entering "N/A." Note that this form is only necessary to facilitate the entry of your spouse or child as a NONIMMIGRANT.

This came from the old I-129F instructions. The updated and current I-129F has these instead:

This form may be used to obtain a K-3/K-4 visa for your

alien spouse and her or his child. Fill out the form as

directed, except assume that "fiancé" or "fiancé(e)" means

"spouse." answer Questions B.17 and B.18 by stating

"N/A." Note that filing this form is only necessary to

facilitate the entry of your spouse and her or his child as a

nonimmigrant.

Please change the Guide to reflect the correct answers to questions #17 and #18 for K-3.
