Hi everyone, My USC wife is sponsoring her parents, Who can translate the documents for her parents records? Is my wife allowed to do it or is that a conflict of interest? also what is the format for it? just sort of draw how everything looks and fill it in with English, or type it?

Thanks

Harry

This thread looks relevant. By the way, there is an advanced search function in the upper right hand corner of the website if you're accessing it from a PC, instead of a phone or tablet.

Not sure if this answers your question, but we ran into a situation where we had to have some documents translated from French to English. We were instructed to use a legal translation service to translate the documents before the NVC would accept them with our case.
