F4 - Wrong spuse and children name on appllication

Hello,

I contacted NVC to ask about our case (details below) -- and found out mine, my fathers and my sisters name was wrong. They told me, to send an email to asknvc@state.gov with birth certificates to get this resolved.

Is this a big problem? Also they gave my invoice ID but the checkboxes are not clickable. Anyone know why?

When you say wrong, what do you mean? one letter wrong, or completely different names?

So they put mine, my sisters and my fathers first names as our last names, and we have all the same first name on the application as "FNU". Multiple NVC reps told us we just need to email birth certificates and explain the situation and they should correct that for us. (They'd like birth certificate to show the real connection with the beneficiary) I've already scanned and emailed them, waiting now.

I don't have an answer to your question, but just for your information:

FNU = First Name Unknown
