Hi, I filed all my AOS paperwork at the beginning of the month and it was received on 05/02 yet I still haven't received NOA1. The tracking says it was delivered. Should I be concerned? How long does it normally take?

Thanks!

It usually takes about a few days to receive the notice. Do you know if the check was cashed?

I think you should call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283 and ask them to look into it.

Hi Wors! Good to see you again!

You will probably get the texts tonight around 11:30 PM or on Monday, if you sent the form for e-notifications. I have seen some cases get NOA for AOS within five business days and others take nearly ten business days. I was hoping that ours would have been five, but ours was nine business days. Remember that February 15th was a federal holiday, so you need to remove that from your count. Ours was sent on December 9th, received on December 10th and we didn't get the NOA's until December 22nd. However, our case numbers say they received the case on December 10th. Then, we weren't able to pull up the case numbers on myUSCIS until January 14th! So you are right at the end of your wait for NOA's. Hopefully your wait time goes fast!

Oh, and personally, I would suggest waiting today and Monday before calling. We called the USCIS on December 22 - the same day we got the texts. They looked up the case using my husband's A#, and the tier two officer couldn't see anything. They also couldn't see our case until January 14th.
